After 30 years selling Preferred Waterfront Properties, Liz knows her stuff!

Coming to Florida from Cleveland to conduct a Real Estate Training Seminar, Elizabeth “Liz” C. Seither, Broker/Owner/President of Executive Inc. Homes, Condos, Investments, Property Management and Rentals knew she was in the right place! “Love at first sight is what I felt, so I went home, packed and moved to Florida,” says Liz.

A single mother, Liz was always self-supporting and learned that the same attitude of sharing, caring and giving she lavished on her two daughters, was an asset in the business world. “Associates and clients alike know in just one meeting that I’ll take care of them as if they were family,” says Liz. “That’s been my key to success in this highly competitive business.” It’s her winning personality that makes the difference.

With fourteen (14) Sales Associates, Liz’s team share listings, and are engaged in their business from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. The team conducts multiple Open Houses every weekend, showcasing as many as five (5) to seven (7) Executive Preferred Homes on a typical Saturday and Sunday. The resulting annual sales of over $45,000,000 million maintains a constant buzz of excitement among the Sales Associates as well as the Clients who expect no less.

Generosity has its rewards and Liz feels that money spent promoting properties in the proper light, will bring more sales and recognition within the communities she serves. “We print a two to four page full color picture brochure for each listing we accept, and then spend additional monies advertising and marketing our listings in order to produce the sales our Clients have come to expect,” says Liz. Our new Executive Preferred Homes sales signs are a high-tech, highly reflective design and once the solar powered spotlights are mounted on our Executive Preferred Home listing signs, they will attract even more attention day and night!

As a child of deaf-mute parents and the oldest of a large family, Liz learned the importance of being demonstrative in her communication with people by reading their body language to determine their likes and needs and price range. Clients find themselves hugging and kissing her after a first meeting, because of the warmth she exudes and her caring attitude.

Self-taught in sales with just a high school education, Liz found she had strong creative marketing talents and was smart enough to put those talents to work for herself, combined with hard work and twelve hour days. Executive markets properties South to St. Pete Beach and North to New Port Richey. Liz has specialized in waterfront and Exclusive Preferred High-End Homes and Condos for more than 30 years. The Executive team also specializes in property management, maintaining an active roster of 150 – 200 properties including weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual rentals, both furnished and unfurnished.

Liz recently purchased the Windward Plaza shopping center, where her main
office is located at 294 Windward Passage in Island Estates, Clearwater. This primary location along with ownership of her downtown branch at 801 North Fort Harrison has enabled her to grow at an accelerated pace, so keep watching Executive grow!
